In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the v9999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and v9999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

To register an Account and use the v9999 Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• Are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlawful;
• Are accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party;
• Are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a v9999 employee or affiliate;
• Have not previously been excluded from the v9999 Platform or had an Account terminated for misconduct.

v9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the v9999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. v9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

v9999 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify v9999 support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized Account use.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

v9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or payment method ownership documents before withdrawals are processed.

All financial transactions on the v9999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). v9999 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa card.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa;
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via bank transfer;
• Deposits are credited to your v9999 wallet in real time (mobile wallets) or within 5–10 minutes (bank transfers) upon confirmation;
• v9999 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved through the KYC process;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of request approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day;
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200. v9999 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on individual transactions for security purposes;
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. v9999 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete documentation.

v9999 offers various bonuses and promotions to its Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. v9999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds;
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount received unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — refer to the individual promotion terms;
• Where a Player's account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be wagered first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed for 30 days from the date of credit will expire and be forfeited;
• v9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively in progress will be honoured to completion.

All casino games available on the v9999 Platform operate under the following rules:

• Each game is governed by its individual rules and paytable, displayed within the game interface prior to play;
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game's result displayed in the Player's browser or device and the result recorded in v9999's server logs, the server-side record shall be deemed conclusive;
• Disconnection during a game round does not void a wager. The game outcome is determined server-side and the result will be recorded regardless of the Player's connection status. Winnings from interrupted rounds will be credited upon reconnection;
• v9999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a game round where technical malfunction, software error, or fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, wagers will be refunded to the Player's wallet;
• The use of automated bots, game manipulation software, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the v9999 Platform or other Players is strictly prohibited.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the v9999 Platform, including cricket, football, UFC, and other markets:

8.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for international cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). Where no official result is declared within 72 hours of the scheduled event conclusion, v9999 reserves the right to settle bets at its discretion.

8.2 Abandoned or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, pre-match bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes refunded. In-play bets placed and settled before the event's abandonment will stand. Specific rules for each sport are detailed in the sports betting section of the Platform.

8.3 Maximum Winnings

v9999 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or events. These limits are displayed within the relevant market prior to bet placement. Bets placed that exceed these limits will be settled at the applicable maximum payout.

8.4 Obvious Errors

In the event that a betting market is offered with an obviously incorrect price due to a manifest error, v9999 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market and refund stakes. An "obvious error" includes but is not limited to pricing that clearly does not reflect the intended odds structure.

v9999 is committed to maintaining the integrity of all gaming activity on the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Chip-dumping or intentional loss of funds to benefit another account;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner not intended by the game design;
• Placing bets using information not publicly available (insider information) in sports betting markets;
• Use of artificial intelligence, bots, macros, or automated betting tools to place wagers without genuine human decision-making;
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any financial crime;
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification.

v9999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have implemented a comprehensive set of tools and policies to assist Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

10.1 Available Self-Help Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the Account Settings panel;
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Check: Automated pop-up reminders of time spent playing, configurable at intervals from 30 minutes upward;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 1 month) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.2 v9999's Obligations

v9999 will not market its services to individuals who have self-excluded or who have indicated a gambling problem. v9999 trains its support staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and to respond empathetically and appropriately.

All content on the v9999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, data, and the overall compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of v9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of v9999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory requirements.

v9999's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

v9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creation or use of multiple Accounts;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward v9999 staff or other Players;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement compelling suspension or closure.

Upon termination for breach, v9999 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. If no misconduct is established following investigation, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting v9999 support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations or liability you may have incurred prior to closure.

v9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

v9999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required for Platform operations and legal compliance.

v9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the v9999 Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to v9999's jurisdiction of operation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your v9999 experience, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. v9999 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
